Training Objectives:
Master Budgeting and Cash Flow Management, teach participants how to create effective budgets, including Profit & Loss and Cashflow budgets, and develop cash flow forecasts. Equip clients with the skills to set, manage, and monitor financial targets to ensure business stability.
Implement Effective Credit and Debt Management Strategies, provide practical techniques for managing debtors and creditors, maintaining business liquidity, and understanding the importance of proactive debt collection. Encourage the development of habits for consistent debt monitoring, long-term financial planning, and aligning cash resources with business needs.
Develop Financial Literacy for Informed Decision-Making, introduce participants to key financial reports, such as the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statement, using accessible, layman's terms.

Create and Manage Accurate Budgets, develop comprehensive Profit & Loss and Cashflow budgets tailored to their business needs, and set realistic financial targets to guide their business strategy.
